Sandwich Bread is with fresh flour can sometimes be more crumbly, but this recipe used a method called yudane and is much more like the consistency of store-bought bread. It is my go-to for sandwiches!
This french bread recipe is great with a hard white wheat. It is great for garlic bread, for sandwiches like Italian beef or pulled pork. We even use it for French bread pizzas with homemade pasta sauce, cheese and toppings!

Bagels are a go-to in our house! These can be made with hard red or hard white wheat. I make these at least twice a week and we use them for breakfast with butter and honey or apple butter or cream cheese, but also as sandwiches for lunches or as a bun when we run out!
